Search Status: Closed With my ongoing Freshman year of college, I think it’ll be easier to keep up with a one-on-one than a multi-player RP. I'm also really just looking to branch out. So, what I’m looking for is Advanced, maybe Very High Casual level players. I like realism to be applied to writing and character concepts which means I should be able to ask questions about your character without the answer being “Because that’s how it is.” or something like that. I don’t mind if you question me either. Constructive criticism is the only way we’ll improve. I like substantial posts that are one to two paragraphs or longer. No one-liners. Ever. Put a lot of thought and movement in your posts. There’s nothing worse than a two or three paragraph long post that does absolutely nothing to move the story along. Details are extremely important to me. Frequency of posting is up to you and your schedule. I’m a hella busy (#musicianproblems), but let’s try not to go more than a week without posting something. Communication is key! I like to talk in OOC and discuss plot points, characters, ideas and everything, but not without spoiling too much. I want your contribution. You can have as many characters as you can handle, but I don’t imagine that number going over three or four for me. CSs are optional. I find they come in handy if there are a lot of characters involved. I think it goes without saying that proper grammar, proper spelling, third person, past tense is expected. No unnecessary coding or apostrophes or capitalizations. Please. Typos are understandable. --- About Me I have more boys than girls, but I can play both. Not a lot of my characters are on the straight and narrow sexuality wise. I have characters of all genders and sexualities, though. I’m a fan of romance, but I don’t want that to be the only focus of the RP. That being said, I don’t mind writing sex if it’s in the context of the RP. And my RP partner is a legal adult, as am I. I'm fine with fading to black if romance isn't the focus of the RP. I’m the flip side, I don’t mind a high degree of violence so long as it doesn’t get cartoonishly excessive. Be prepared for me to ask you a lot of questions about your character or plot idea or whatever. It's either that I'm interested or confused about something. Don't take it as an attack, please. Not big on fandoms unless it’s just borrowing the world and not canon plot or characters. I don't like anthros and some other stuff that I'll let you know about when we start PMing. I'm best at MxM, good at MxF and worst at FxF. --- Plots! These are just a few ideas off of the top of my head. I’m pretty good with almost any genre, but I’ll let you know where my strengths and weaknesses are. Please, feel free to bring up any idea you might have that I didn’t write down. And if you take a liking to one of them, come with some ideas of how you’d like to execute it and we can hammer out the specifics together.
This is a medieval fantasy based on the age old story of our heroes' quest to slay a dragon. This particular dragon plundered and destroyed their village recently. They've taken it upon themselves to avenge their people, despite being humble, unprepared farmfolk. The idea is that the journey changes them and makes them strong enough to take on the dragon. It's going to be long and they'll come across many people and obstacles along the way, but that's kind of the point. This can also be a slow-building romance between our characters.

Hell has a thriving business on Earth that takes the shape of human trafficking. In actuality, demons have been herding human souls into the hands of immortal depravity for millennia. My character is a demon, but one of the best in the business. Mr. Doll, as they call him, produces obedient, well-mannered, and knowledgable humans that are more on the level of high-end escorts as opposed to prostitutes. Your character is his latest project and, uniquely, a virgin. Needless to say, this will be on the mature side of things.

All the drama, romance and action of the Slice of Life genre. I like to avoid all the pitfalls of this genre, though. No cafe-bookstores, no school, no bars, no bump tactics (having the characters physically bump into each other as a way of introducing them to one another). Time to think outside the box. Maybe they're going to start a rock band. Or perhaps one of them is a recovering addict. Gangs, vacations, cubicles- the possibilities are endless. I have a few specific plotlines in mind, depending on the subgenre, so if you're interested, just ask.

This is a Fantasy, Drama, Romance kind of deal. The fourth youngest prince of a costal kingdom is expected to marry, as all princes are, if not for appearances. But the sudden death of his eldest brother raises alarm for him and his other siblings. The pressure is on for him to take a wife, though he has no taste for women, and discover who is after his family.
--- Don't just comment in the thread, send me a PM!
