Okay, so, in light of Ex's reaction to things (which I appreciate a lot), I've updated the 'system' and removed everything that you guys don't need to know. The less you know, the better things will be.

The new thing is attributes, which adds bonuses to stagger gains when I consider your combat posts. Use them if you want, or just ignore them—your choice.
