CS submitted via PM. I've included Gowi on it, as it borrows from both Infinity, Inc's history as well as Blossom's personally to a degree, but he and I were talking through it as I was writing it last night so I think it's all kosher.

Also, it's a very obscure Image Comics character. If you need help finding canon references to him, let me know (Comicvine doesn't have an entry for him, but I can point you to specific issues if requested).
