If left to Reaper (as Alex is currently pushed down, see him as someone with a split personality) Devon can leave, unharmed and out of the place
if Alex would be the main mind zone, He might feel a little sorry and apologize depending on the situation, if Davon may sleep from Mrissa, at least he might say that if Devon would give his weapons to mrissa (to later get back but then Davon would lose his danger possibility in there/Alex eyes) he could stay otherwise.

At least I am sure Mrissa would understand Reapers reasons for acting like this right? (being high class assassin even means lower class types may be for his head and take his spot (Alex knows the tiigra's are likely not that way trough) as that anyone insulting someone without knowing the facts could make people angry, PLUS he is right, other assassins or just random people would have killed Devon right now, so trough reaper is making it clear not to mess with him, he is still being merciful)
and the reaper said he would reply the girls for their aid, so if Mrissa says she wants some extra for the chaos reaperXdevon made, he would understand

I think that if Devon would see the Alex side, then perhaps they would get alone better, but for now he is in full assassin mode for safety reasons
