A character sheet usually looks like this (though there are several variations this is my favorite) , you'll usually find it's use in 'school' roleplays, it's a way to keep track of your characters relationships with others, whatever they may be. You take a symbol, paste it next to the name, and write about how your character feels about said character, you can even mix symbols (e.g ☺/☠) or put a neutral to show that they may not know that character or are indifferent to them.
