Don't worry, clothing is perfectly fine, like the "dresses" in PMD. Andre's item should be a "Morganite Gown", it's pink of course (and dripping with jewels, hence the name). The effect is perfect! 50% chance of infatuation...works on Genderless too. XD Still trying to find a connection between Evie's hairbow (arguably her trademark item) and an effect that will make her physical attacks much more painful (Attack version of Speed Boost every 2 turns)...or a high Flinch chance, or an increased critical hit rate...or even a Rough Skin type of thing...it's just too implausible! XD Seriously, a hairbow...and that? XD
