As a neutral party I can't say any of you are coming out completely spotless on this one. Now I could post all the reasons you're being children here, or I could send them to you all individually on the PM's. 

Alternatively you could do what has been suggested previously and quit beating the dead horse. Points have been made, arguing over who's in the right over the internet is generally futile, and more importantly harmful to the RP that I think we're all enjoying. When the GM gets back he'll make the final decision.
