Usually in most rp's I would do the rules first off before they even go In.
Then he shows us the important rooms like cafeteria, training rooms, and the dorms with who the partners are. 
After that we get to set up are rooms and discuss a bit.
Then goes to the rest of what ever rooms you want to show us. 

Like you said in in little stages that we can talk after words.But I'm cool with anything just don't start showing off old pieces of art or other stuff like that. Rose will probe half to be dragged around on her bag or a dolly, if she sees them.
