An enemy/friend? I'm so honored Charlotte has a heart to think of him like that, but does she?

Personally I prefer descriptions with pictures. Both are good and having one with the other works really well in most cases. As to what I think of using pictures of people I'm okay with it. The way I see it, if they're posting a pic online in a public website with lots of traffic then I think it's okay, especially if it's professionally done. Of course if it's a private/family/personal picture then that's not cool. It's why I often use celebrities since they have lots of public access pictures and head shots.
