"Well this is a retrieval mission so if someone tries to take the artifact before us, we'll just beat it out of them. Simple enough." Rina stated resolutely as she began walking towards their destination, the tails of her asymmetrical black dress rustling behind her. The ruins were a bit far, but it wouldn't be a hassle for Dragonslayers like themselves. Well... she could clearly say that about herself. In regards to Kiza, she wasn't so sure. Sure, Kiza was a Dragonslayer like her but she had learned that he wasn't raised by dragons like she was. He apparently got his magic from a Lacri... Lacria.... something with an L. She still wasn't sure on how that thing worked... Either way, Kiza wasn't a traditional Dragonslayer like Rina had learned about from her mother but that didn't mean he was any less of a person. Yeah, he was kinda quiet and didn't try to participate in the daily brawls of their guild, but he was still a good guy. He even went out of his way to teach her stuff about the world, instead of teasing her like half of the guild did. After twenty minutes, the amount of trees thinned out and a large clearing came into view. In the center of the clearing was a wide, moss-covered stone building. It looked like a temple and had been long abandoned. Standing in front of what looked like the stairs, Rina gave the building a glance over before digging into her satchel. She pulled out a piece of paper that had the mission request on it. "The client wants us to find this orb-thingy that's supposed to be inside here." She went over with Kiza, showing her a picture of a sketch of a spherical-object with writings etched all over it, "Guess we'll have to start looking for an entrance. Let's split up, I'll look on the east side and you take the west. Shout if you find something." And with that, Rina sprinted down the right side of the building, trying to find something that looked remotely like a door.
