Scorn A knock came from her door and Scorn smiled, knowing who it was."Seems my dinner guests have arrived," she said to herself walking to the door and opening it. "Oh good you made it," Scorn said in a thrilled tone ",and you brought the meat wonderful. You can leave him on the floor or wherever. I suggest knocking him out. You must be hungry though. Come I made a meal. Torture is fun and all but doing it on an empty stomach can ruin the fun." She led the way in, her hips going side to side to get some attention from Kain. "I hope you don't mind italian food," Scorn said heading to the dinning room awaiting Kain as he did what he did to the meat. There would be time for their fun later, they had the whole night for that. She didn't know Kain had gone to the bar where she had her informant at. Hopefully that damn fool of an informant calls soon, I don't want my dinner or fun interrupted by it, she thought to herself. Her informant was a conduit who went to the bar on a mostly regular basis. They had an arrangement, different from her arrangements with Kain but similar in some ways. She respected the conduit for his crafty manners. He had the balls as well to make sure she didn't rule over him. Though she hadn't found him as nearly attractive as Kain she did give the man credit for standing up to her and she had been at her wits end when she found him so she had little ground to change things. As long as he did what he was told to do she didn't bother him. --- Kiera Kiera raised an eyebrow in surprise. Going after the Reapers? Were these two suicidal? She herself wanted to see the Reapers stopped but despite that she knew that it would take more then a few powerful conduits to stop them. She knew Scorn, more then she let on when asked about her apparent half sister which she kept secret. The one man who said he was the one who caught the two informants earlier appeared familiar, an event in Curdon Cay perhaps. She didn't think on it long though. Curdon Cay was a dark part of her history, when she was someone else, when she wanted to kill the D.U.P. herself as well as show those who harmed her family. Few knew the truth that she had a dark side, a side that Scorn had loved and had made Kiera her near equal. That was before Kiera had learned Scorn was her half sister and before she had realized that she could be a hero. She pushed the haunting memories in the back of her head, returning to the conversation at hand."I want the Reapers as gone as the next but cutting the head off the snake isn't going to do it," she replied ",Sasha was small time, as well as working under someone else from what I understand of Zeke's old story telling." Zeke would occasionally share story of Cole and his adventures when he was in the mood so the old Reaper gang was known for the most part by all who attended the bar. "Sasha was merely a puppet that's why she stayed in the Neon District. Scorn is a whole different beast," she mumbled ",She and her gang might be out of control but she is more then just a psychopath, she's a psychopath that has plans." Another thought came to her as well, a grim fact that she knew would come if she ever faced Scorn. Truth be told they would need Scorn's damn help eventually. She had the only gang in New York with the man power to take on the Syndicate. So if the chance came they were going to fight the Syndicate they might have to turn to Scorn as an ally, a grim truth and not a pleasant thought but an enemy of my enemy is my friend as the old saying goes. "I want the Reapers gone as much as anyone," She said before turning around ",but there are other enemies that need to be dealt with before they can be dealt with." She would let the two conduits think on that and went back over to Eli. "So Don Quixote, you done with your tale and allowed Zeke to share his intel?" Kiera asked. "Yes I did," Zeke chucked ",and to answer your question Eli, no it wouldn't be you, me, and Kiera here. At least I can't help with fighting. Damn museum put a ban on me a while back for accidentally touching the conduit exhibit. I made the damn amp and I can't even touch my work or remember my friend? Plus I'll do better by finding a means to get into their systems and relay info through phone. Like I said though, I've shared the intel with a few others in the bar and some have shown interest in crashing their party so it wouldn't be just you and Kiera when the time comes."
