The Lobby is part of the RP [url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/109/posts/ooc]the Library[/url], where the game's accepted characters to hang around between missions in the main RP. Think of it as a contained tavern/esque roleplay. Although it's not obligatory, chronologically correct or maybe even canon (I have no idea what will happen there) it is a way for characters to interact with one another off the clock. A full description of the place can be found in the IC, just take note the GM is not responsible for pushing the story here.
