I dunno, if the scarf was the type that ties around the head so tight that it squeezes the Pokemon's brain so that it only executes one move, and presses on the part of the brain that makes its Speed go up? I always saw it as some kind of bandana. Probably works the same way as a Choice Band, except silkier and more like a bandana/do-rag instead of a strip headband. XD It's not as bad as a [i]hairbow[/i] though...seriously. Especially with the possible effects I listed above. XD

Yeah, Dante's would definitely be his dog tags. XD He's a focused guy, so it would have something to do with making his attacks always hit. XD You know, which would make Dragon Rush more plausible for him. XD Or maybe make him immune to physical status conditions...Sleep, Paralyze, Poison, Freeze and Burn (give him some sort of "soldier's body"). Not status conditions influencing the mind...there's no escaping that, mind you. XD
