[center]Appearance: With a slim build, Shitsui can be mistaken as being scrawny and weak. However, his cybernetics can prove this wrong at times. His height is at a tall 6'2 feet.[/center]

[center]Personality: A bright individual, Shitsui has a natural intelligence that usually outweighs some of the other students. However, he is quite stubborn at learning new things, and will groan and moan. Instead, he would rather get his hands dirty with taking apart things and putting them back together. The way Shitsui handles some situations clumsily, he can be seen as a total dork. However, under this is a brave fighter, as seen with his determination to practice martial arts everyday. Loyalty is another specialty of Shitsui's, this proven by his commitment to the UPRA and his comrades.[/center]

Shitsui has a tendency to act before he thinks and will not hesitate to play his plans in motion. This, however, can be taken as a disadvantage. He is extremely narrow-minded and will not stop until he has reached his goal, no matter the cost. 

[center]History: All that is known is that Shitsui graduated in 2249, a year before the current events.(Will slowly reveal more as the story goes on.)[/center]
[center]Major Skill: Technician - His cybernetics allows mechanical engineering and computers to be much easier. This level of scientific prowess has not been seen in a younger generation since Takeshiro's disappearance, but it's still sloppier than an experts work.[/center]
[center]Minor Skills: Shitsui has been studying and practicing Martial Arts since his first days in the Academy. Though his skill is not perfect, or even great, it's better then your average joe's work.[/center]
[center]Weapon(s): Short blades pop out from the top of his wrist, which was installed and custom made by himself. These go perfectly with his martial arts.
