Update is up. Let me know if you see a problem. A few things:

1) Didn't update the map with the Treaty of Constantinople changes; that will be done next update.

2) MagnificentOne, I kinda made a gimp move with the Taiping Revolution. Sorry 'bout that, but I wanted the current focus to be North America/Europe. Giant, you can expect your civil war to be wrapped up within the next update or so.

3) Slight rule change. There are no more colonial orders, everyone gets the same amount. Colonies benefit you through increased population, industry, and resources, but you will have to use normal orders to maintain them.

4) Due to me being slightly late, deadline for next weeks orders is being pushed back a day. Would rather you still got your orders in as soon as possible, however.
