Adiana is a mage who practices the art of healing and diplomacy. She is no fighter, but has trained her entire life to treat wounds and mend illnesses. She does this through a slightly uncanny method; weaving. By weaving threads of light together, and patching them over a wound, usually then even the most grave of them could be healed. Unfortunately, this does not stop certain death. Apart from healing, she enjoys extremely minor spells of altering her appearance and manipulating others to get any information she may need.

A Berserker, Raine is a master of the blade. Able to pull together even the most ragtag groups of warriors, he is able to keep them calm and together by his way of words. In the thick of battle, he tends to lose his mind to the lust of his steel. When gathered enough energy from his emotions alone, his strikes have been known to take out legions of men. That, however, is but a rumor. Upon striking, his weapon does emit a shock wave of fire to knock down or stun up to ten men or so in front of his blades. Due to this technique, Raine has learned unique ways to wield his weapon to best use its power.

The two of them lived very different lives. Raine, born into a military family had trained for war since he was a tyke, whereas Adiana did the opposite in learning to heal. 

Adiana grew up half raised by her family and half in the clergy where she considered becoming a nun, but eventually decided against it. In her late teens, she opened her own flower shop and clinic within the village she was raised in. Her business was prosperous, whether it was for selling lilies or for healing broken bones, she was looked to as the village healer. That was... until...

A red string of fate forced their souls to be together. Perhaps not in the way you may think though; for the day the red string of fate appeared to her eyes was the day she was haunted by the spirit of Raine T'las III. He had been killed in battle attempting to protect his fellow soldiers against the dreaded Haze. Initially, both of them were terrified of one another. Adiana attempted to flee at the sight of his glowing specter hovering beside her and Raine was confused. One moment he'd been fighting for the glory of Pantheon, the next he was in a god damned flower shop in the middle of nowhere. They couldn't be pulled apart, no matter how hard they tried, the red string of fate had bound their spirits together. After seeking help from the clergy, the would discover that the two of them, as strangers, had been chosen for the Tarot as 'The Lovers.' 

Funny thing is, they can't stand one another. Raines antsyness gets on Adianas nerves constantly, and Adianas patient nature, pared with how she flirts with her customers and others is enough to drive him up a wall. Time will tell if they can ever bear to be together.
