Fujiwara sighed as he and Ayame reached the gates. The second trip outside the gates over the course of a night... It felt a bit excessive, but at this point leaving Ayame out of the loop was like leaving valuable resources unused in a strategy game. Looking around the gates, he noticed a small pack of wolves near the area where he had killed them earlier. "Hm... So they generally respawn near the same areas, huh...? I guess that's pretty interesting..." he said to himself before directing Ayame to the wolves ad rushing in himself. The duo (mainly Fujiwara) quickly dispatched the pack with minimal effort before he noticed another pack spawn nearby. Opening his inventory, he noticed that he had all three copper ores and a wolf fang already. Shaking his head in disbelief, he turned to Ayame. "Hey... How many wolves were in that pack?" he asked, cocking his head to the side. "Erm... I'd say maybe five or six?" "Well, that's pretty... Weird then. But we're done with wolves for now." he stated before opening up his map and looking it over. "The boars should be... I guess... Wow, they're a little ways back, near the road that leads out of the town. Lead the way, I guess." he said as Ayame sighed and smiled before walking back to the gate. ----- "And... There aren't any. What the heck?" Fujiwara asked himself as he looked over his map again. "It's like the entire section was wiped clear of boars. Who the heck would-" he began to say before facepalming and sighing. "Right. It must have something to do with that werewolf bullcrap. Alright, come on Ayame. We only need one leather and they should be respawning soon enough." Nodding to him, Ayame began walking around the area, noticing a few lone wolves here and there but no boars in sight. She turned to Fujiwara who was having similar issues locating the creatures. Shaking her head, he walked over to Fujiwara and began to speak. "Hey... You know, if our group's the only one up at the moment and are at the root of the missing boars... Maybe you could ask them if they have what we need?" "Actually... Yeah, that'd probably be better in the long run. Why didn't I think of that?" Fujiwara responded before quickly typing up a PM to send to Umichi. "Hey, got a second? I seem to be missing a boar leather for the whole weapon crafting sidequest thing that we split off to work on. Since every boar in the area seems to have disappeared off the face of the map, I was wondering if you guys had any on you. Because... Well, I don't know exactly how the respawn timers work in this game, and your team seems to have been the only one awake at this time of night. Yeah. So, got any?" Satisfied, Fujiwara sent the message before closing up the menu screen and turning to the town gates. "Alright. I'd say that's enough of this no-light hunting for today. Let's head back to town and see if we can't find anyone selling some pieces of wood that we can use." he said before moving back to town. Shrugging, Ayame followed closely behind.
