I have done a lot of research and converting. Here is what I have worked out.

"The majority of the debts, 69 million pesos(£1,518,000,000) , was owed to Great Britain. The French had only some 3 million pesos (£66,000,000) in claims, but the Jecker claims gave the French another 15 million pesos.(£330,000,000 ) (French total £396,000,000)
So that's what mexico owes france and the UK....
I think I converted them correctly, looking at the value of Mexican pesos to GBP at the time was 1MXN= 22GBP

I think I have calculated right. If so I can see why France and the UK where pissed XD
And why in actual history France invaded..
