I don't believe Kage Yochi is just going to fly as a Passive Hiden. Make it a dojutsu or just an activated one, but it will need to drain chakra. As this progresses, I may allow its activation to have such a little cost that its negligible, but for now, it needs at least a minor drawback. I will, however, grant you that once its activated, it won't split her concentration.
