She took a moment to just lay there and enjoy the feeling of freedom she had gotten from letting herself let loose with her energy like that. It really had been too long. She looked over as he donned some leather gloves and started talking to her about fighting things. She watched him with amusement, but let him talk and she stood up and brushed herself off. Her hands stung, because there were slight abrasions on them from swinging on tree branches but she could easily ignore that. It was a minor annoyance compared to the pain she had been going through so much this past week. When he took a fighting stance and told her to take one, she stood there and looked him over, scanning him for any weak spots she could see. Then she smiled and stepped to the side, gracefully sliding into a stance that only gave him access to the side of her body and with her right hand in front. She was on the front of her feet and ready to move if he came closer. "I did not come to be taught ho to fight, Connor, but how to be a hunter...if you wanted to fight me, you could have just asked." She smiled slightly, but seemed confident yet ready to react quickly.
