"We'll see about the wine after I get this done." Cadogan stated politely without even taking his eyes off from his work. He made some final adjustments to the now quite well reinforced coat while making calculations about it possibly hampering movement. When he had made sure all the needed runes were in place he handed the coat to Chii. "Try this on while I finish the leg guards, ok?" The white haired man flashed a little smile at the tiny dragoness and again turned to focus on his work. As he worked on the leg guards the Great Inventor had to actually admire his own handiwork. The nearly complete leg guards seemed at first glance quite heavy - and indeed would be if it were not for the protective and weight reducing runes he had carved on them. The pattern of runes encircled a rather stylized rose emblem on the left guard and a dragon on the right one - the emblems and runes had been the more difficult part to make in Cadogan's opinion - after all anyone can just plop out a pair of leg guards like it's nothing. The little details on them show a truly skilled craftsman. Cadogan let out a sigh of relief - in the case the leg guards or the coat would need some adjustment there would be just enough time for that, not that he doubted himself, on the contrary. Still, he had more or less trusted on his eyes while making the items so there was a slight chance that he had made a miscalculation or that there wouldn't be enough time for making adjustments or... The white haired man shook his head and finished his second bottle of wine within three hours.
