This guy is basically Sanji from One Piece. Nothing gets him quite as excited as the ladies, expect a nosebleeds galore and calls of [insert character here]-chaaaaaan! He probably practically worships the ground Kei's character walks on. Despite this he is a guy who can get the job done when it comes down to it, and is increadibly loyal to those allied with him.
