I imagined Frances as someone who loves what she's doing and is almost entirely focused on it. Total thieving enthusiast. She gets her high from cracking the possible security and booby traps their targets may have acquired to protect their precious stuff, and then seeing their faces (or at least hearing about their reactions) after they see that all the things they did was for nothing. While they're planning a heist she'll be that person who'll go "[i]Wait![/i]" and then inhale the "[i]Majesty, the beauty, the wonder![/i]" of the challenge before going "[i]Okay I'm fine now[/i]". Frances takes the job seriously and expects everyone to do the same because [i]why not!?[/i]

Outside that fervor, Francesca is a thoughtful person who thinks it's her personal duty to look after everyone. She's a bit conservative with other people and prefers calling them by their name. No nicknames. Not unless you're an adorable bouncing baby. That aside, she keeps things light and the only way you know if she's mad is if she's punched you. Or pinched you in the ear. Or made a blatantly passive-aggressive remark. 

Highly appreciative of hot people, herself included. Might have stolen food/a book during a previous heist.
