I would formally like to express sympathy for the issues raised by the Italian Prime Minister Bettino Ricasoli in their last statement as regards to the recent Conference of Constantinople and would like to publicly announce my wish to attend the Turin Conference. I urge the rest of the European continent to do the same, if not because they wish not to be excluded then because they wish to uphold European relations to the best of their abilities.
