History: William was made in a lab with lex luthor's DNA and superman's DNA, You may call him a clone but he much like a real person. He was born to defeat superman but as he learned his powers he escaped luthor's lab's and lived around on the streets for a little while. Once trouble would start he would help maybe giving superman a break because its hard to just save one city when you have a world to look after now. After a couple good deed's William the watchtower had picked him up and wanted to show him the true ways of being a superhero even thought he is only a part of superman and can only fly and have super strength superman looked down on him like he was nothing. William was very upset that he met someone that was made after and he rejected him hopefully he can prove himself and make superman come around.
