Every once in a while you can find a diamond in the rough. Or just contact someone outside of the 1x1 intchks and ask to do a decent RP. It isn't [i]all[/i] terrible. 

...But like 90-95% of it is really really bad. So by poking around the intchks, you'll likely be pretty horrified.
