This Treaty protects their nations from being taken over by the larger powers. Nations objecting to this Treaty are showing their true colors of corruption. For to speak out against this peace brought about by the Treaty of Constantinople is to state that you believe your Nation can only grow through the art of War. They speak of wanting long-lasting peace, yet are unwilling to abide by the peace that is now provide by the Treaty of Constantinople. In their selfishness for their own egos and power, they are not content with peace. This treaty is a boon for the Nations of Europe to focus upon their economies, education, healthcare, and general well-being of their own people. Following the Treaty of Constantinople will bring about an everlasting stability that will be a benefit to all Nations of Europe. The United Kingdom will not attend the Conference in Turin, but trusts that the Signatories of the Treaty of Constantinople who do attend will uphold said treaty to their ability. To Greece, we thank you for joining in our War against the tyrants of the Union. Your assistance is of great support, but we ask you not attend. We wish to offer one last chance to sue for Peace to the Union. Though we have declared War; if the Union recognizes the Confederacy and agrees to peace between the two Nations, the United Kingdom will not move against their Nation. However if the Union chooses War, the French Federation of Great Britain and all her allies will move in force against such a Nation. Should you move forward, Mr. Lincoln, you may rest assured that your name will be forgotten among the descendants of the former United States as they sing, "God save the Queen!" If you wish to make this a Second American Revolution, then let the stakes be the same. To the Sovereign Confederacy, we support your desire to be free of tyranny and we hope that the Union sues for peace. However if they do not, the United Kingdom will stand beside in all that you do. Let this War be won swiftly and without great cost. God bless you, Mr. Jefferson Davis and all your Generals. -Queen Victoria.
