The United Kingdoms of Sweden and Norway respectfully disagrees with the opinion of the other United Kingdom. While I cannot speak for the other nations of Europe, the UKSN feels like a second-class nation in Europe because our nation was refused a spot in the talks at Constantinople. Consider out position. How would your country feel if all the strongest nations of Europe joined together and used a threat of war as a deterrent of war itself. How ironic that the so-called peace "given" by the Treaty of Constantinople prevents war with the threat of war! This treaty is inadequate for preserving peace on the European continent because it relies on a threat of war, instead of mutual agreement with [b]ALL[/b] nations. Just as man has the right to be free, so does each nation.

To the nations of Prussia and Russia, I can say surely say that all the nations of Europe who has begun to organize this conference wishes to thank you for your support. We hope that something productive can happen now that these two major powers have agreed to come.
