Asking A Song of Ice and Fire questions is begging for spoilers, due to people who've read the books for 18 years or the show for 4 is a bit like not knowing the plot twist to Fight Club at this point. One day he'll read this thread over and understand some of these inside jokes. Also, I surprisingly watched Fight Club long after it came out (like...two years ago) and managed to not know about the plot twist.
