Name: Andrew Jasper. Age: 31. Species: Human. Alignment: United States Army. Lawful/True Neutral. Appearance: Andrew stands at six feet tall, with a medium frame and a weight of 162lb. He has good posture and muscle tone, straight, white teeth, and dark green eyes. He keeps himself clean and groomed as best as he can, even in times of crisis, and has short cut black hair that frames his rounded features. Skills/Strengths: Andrew is a combat medic, with several years of civilian experience as a doctor prior to his joining the military. He excels at risk management, and is capable of making difficult decisions under pressure and with minimal time to think. Andrew is handy with a melee weapon when thinks get a little too hairy, but is also a crack shot with a side-arm. Andrew's inquisitive and persevering nature helps make him a quick learner when it comes to subjects he shows a particular interest in. Weaknesses: Limited real combat experience, nothing beyond basic training with rifles and no experience whatsoever with Chimera weaponry. Most of what Andrew has learned about the Chimera came second-hand, either from asking more experienced soldiers or reading field manuals. Dedication to the established order can also be a bit of a disadvantage at times; Andres tries not to break standard whenever possible, making it difficult for him to make truly ruthless decisions unless absolutely necessary. Personality: Andrew is a calm and relaxed man, and his rationality has a way of rubbing off on those around him. He's wise, thinking over important decisions carefully, but not so carefully that he misses the opportunity to take advantage of them. Andrew is confident in both himself and others, but sees the evil in those around him just as apparently as the good. He's not exactly assertive, but in no way a push-over either, and is unlikely to take advice seriously that he doesn't figure is at least somewhat credible. Andrew doesn't like obnoxiousness or the barely contained rage that seems to always be boiling up in those he serves with, but ultimately won't hold anything petty over someone he needs to pull a piece of shrapnel out of. Andrew has a dry sense of humour and a sharp wit, but he's usually more concerned with entertaining himself with his humour than those around him. Background: Born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, Andrew grew up in a strict, stable family, with two brothers and three sisters. His father was a doctor, often out of town servicing rural communities in the mountains. This left most of the child-rearing to Andrew's mother, Alice, who was a calm and fair woman that managed to control her six children with the appearance of ease and grace that many mothers strive towards. Andrew was a good student, generally staying out of trouble and keeping his grades high, and decided to follow in his father's footsteps after High School and become a doctor. Andrew was content with his life after earning his way, and married at age twenty-five to his wife Rebecca. The two have three children, all boys: Richard, Maxwell and Colton. Andrew joined the military just after the youngest, Colton's, first birthday. It was a difficult decision to make; family was important to him, and none of his relatives had much of a military tradition, spare Rebecca. Rebecca's father and brothers were all enlisted, and she insisted upon Andrew joining to set an example to his children. Somewhat begrudgingly, Andrew signed on as a combat medic, leaving his wife to handle raising the children. Ultimately, though, this fazed Andrew less so than it would most other men, since Andrew came from a stable household of six children (double his own child count), where most of the child-rearing was done by a lone mother. Andrew's ingenuity and discipline led him to make friends rather quickly in the command circles, and when Operation Morningstar rolled around he found himself getting shipped to the U.K.
