If the U.S. House of Representatives just passed a motion to annex Canada, it is inconceivable for Canada to NOT confederate early. With that in mind, I'd like to change my top choice for once a slot is open from the Netherlands to the Dominion of Canada. A Canadian player would help shift the roleplay's focus back to North America.
