Tenish's flashback idea is terrific with timelines, so use them. The 'Ascalon Isles' flashback is open for everyone, but optional—if nobody pursues it, I'll close it down.

 @Six, who is the guy you are using for Roy? I've never seen him before, yet there appears to be some many pictures of him. Also, thanks for the music suggestions, I might have a look when we get to part 2 of this story.

I might as well let you guys in on a few things regarding the story: the other week I went back to my 'script' to take care of a few plot holes, and while I was writing, I expanded on the story quite significantly. There are now two parts to the spirits within. In the second part of the story, our characters will be seven years older and exist two hundred years into the future. So, in this second part, I will amp up the music selections. I've already scouted the Dark Souls II soundtrack, which is quite dark and epic, but Six's suggestions were good as well. However, and of course, there will be music from Final Fantasy, because... well, I don't expect to need a reason anymore.
