How your character can see shadow pokemon:I lived near a place who had lived through the times of gale of darkness. This place was a city that had prepared for this new invasion and so the main town's shop had a shadow scanner and because I had worked at a grocery store for the past four years, I was able to buy this expensive piece of equipment and did so because I had a feeling the shadow pokemon would be back.
