I agree. You don't lose track of what's been said, which happened with the old system. I don't think post count or join date really matter, though I hope we get an online/offline icon soon. A lot of things are in the pipeline.

I think she's too dependent on her skill to "read" people's minds, as it shows she kind of snaps when it temporarily goes away. She's kind of useless otherwise, but she has her uses every once in a while it seems.
