I think the shadow pokemon in game were severely stat boosted but none the less in this rp they can grow stronger and even evolve while they are shadow pokemon. The way I fix some of this is if a pokemon evolves while it a shadow pokemon its heart closes again making it even harder to purify it. Can't have it be to easy now.

All characters are approved. I will be using Wes and Rui from pokemon coliseum but with a different pokemon set.
