Alaira Taenn Though still very much unconscious, Alaira did shift slightly in her (more or less) self-induced coma. This relieved at least one of the Apothecaries, who had begun to suspect she was dead. Whether or not she's brain-dead remains to be seen of course. Grey Onyx Grey simply waved as Annabeth left. He understood, it wasn't exactly a happy time at the moment. "Nice meeting you too." He added as she left. Hrm, now what? If it weren't for Mathix ordering him to take a day off, he'd have a nigh-uncountable amount of things to do. Though, he couldn't fault Mathix too much. Sure he looked fine on the outside, but what if something gives out on the inside if he exerts himself? It only makes sense not to push a soldier too hard, why waste a good man? It made sense, but that didn't mean he liked it. He decided that training was likely too much for him right now, so maybe a walk? He wasn't 'on patrol' technically, and nobody would fault him for settling any disputes he came across, right? He walked for a time, and was surprised that nothing of importance happened. Usually when disasters like this struck it would be an opportune time for mischief, but everything seemed to be in order. He did notice the infirmary, however. He'd heard that after they dealt with some kind of demon there they had managed to lock the place up like a vault, and even held out against whatever assault the demons carried out. "I doubt Mathix'd care if I helped out the medics, right?" He mumbled under his breath. Grabbing knives and potions for people was hardly strenuous. The infirmary was... crowded to say the least. it was extremely disheartening to see all the wounded but... oddly encouraging in a strange way. This... this carnage could not be allowed to take place again. He would train, he would get his hands on enchanted weapons, and he'd do everything in his power to deliver the justice these people were denied, that was a promise. Several figures stuck out however (It was impossible to miss an eight-foot tall black dragon-man in a white room after all). There was also a man with an oversized gauntlet, a young student and... "Ah, Meirin. It's good to see you alive." The guardsman said as he approached the group. "Course, I doubt they could take you out so easily." He regarded the other people assembled, before asking "Friends of yours?"
