Can anyone here either confirm or deny that I should change the 1.65v RAM to 1.5v?

I'm aware that 1.5 is usually for JDEC profiles, but someone said it can cause CPU issues if I use 1.65, as something to do with the XMP profile doesn't match with the CPU?
