I must say it is interesting upon first glance. I have taken the liberty of reading the entire page you have provided, but it is a bit confusing and I might have to re-read the astronomical parts. 

For now, the only question I have is the following. Are you Akimoto, the person who created this? If so, could you give us any proof of that? It would be quite unfair to steal another person's idea and it's only reasonable that I ask you of this.
