Orders were orders...As much as she was uncomfortable with being ordered around a lot, Taerys recognised that going against the captain's orders was never going to help with anything. Besides, it'd probably be best just to collect herself up here for a while at least. Meditation maybe. It'd be a quick way to pass the time, at least. In all honesty, she wasn't looking forward to whatever shit Jackdaw was going to throw at her when she came back down. There was no chance of her forgetting about it either. If there was ever an antonym for the word 'Jackdaw' it'd be forgetfulness. And, uh...and a lot of other things come to think of it. Things that were probably not worth saying, but yeah, meditation sounded like the best option. She wasn't entirely sure how much time had passed, but it was clearly not long enough, thankfully, for anyone to start worrying about her. Or get pissed off with her, for that matter. It was the unmistakable voice over the PA system that brought Taerys back into full consciousness. She regained her senses in quickly enough to hear everyone's names getting called out by Varus. She'd been on this ship long enough to know what it was about, though. Hell, she didn't even think that she really needed to PA system; they'd left the planet which always meant that Varus wanted to see the crew about missions and all that. She made her way down to the war room with haste. The Varyx had noticed that she'd not seen anyone else coming to the war room but she'd hoped that she wasn't going to be hugely late or anything. Jackdaw wouldn't let her forget it, especially after her little, uh...incident. Regrettably, as she entered the room she saw that there were already quite a few people there. Taerys hated being the centre of attention with a passion. That was likely part of the reason why she was in the infiltrator team. She just hoped that there wouldn't be many eyes on her and stood there silently at the back, arms crossed.
