If you check my thread again and look at the first post after the list, it's Mahz saying it has motivated him to make a "sticky topic" function (which is exactly what you're talking about with the pin thing) but he got distracted by server performance issues. :lol

I don't think anyone has suggested the Subs thing having a new activity count like the Private Messages button though, so I'll go toss that on the list.
