You fill out the Secret CS first. Then, I figure out who can play which and to which trainer they will go. Feel free to plan some things out with me once you have your Pokemon assignment, or beforehand. Feel free to discuss things with the trainer(s) after you know what Pokemon you'll be, but don't tell them too much.
