Well to be fair, even if they had no good skills, Luffy would invite an alien onto his ship in a hearbeat if said alien got along alright with everyone and gave luffy a box lunch. Or basically anyone he likes tbh.

Come to think of it, thats all they're really missing minus a demon. They already have a robot, a furry, and a dead guy.
