Hahaha. Well even if it was a somewhat common practice-- it straight up looked like Jira puked up a rupee. And due to all the other odd things he's already done... maybe Felicia was jumping to conclusions, but just seeing him pick a rupee out of his own bloody vomit would've been icky enough.
