I think it'd be best for humans to remain agressive towards all Transformers though, human sidekicks are kind of a pain in the ass. If you're concerned about the cybertronians stomping them well, there's very few of us, we're fighting against eachother and the humans have probably reverse-engineered some weaponry that can affect us from the corpses of all those important named characters. Probably nothing on our level but enough to give the Decepticons pause when it comes to raising too much of a ruckus.

And before anyone brings up my previous complaint about the Bay films, the focus here would still be on the Transformers and the humans would be using adapted cybertronian technology instead of killing impossibly advanced millenia-old warmachines with modern day weaponry.
