I am the only one with authority here. I make decisions.

I am the only one who will make snide or snarky remarks.

I am he who welcomes and he who turns away.

I am the only one who will have an ego trip or use a condescending tone.

If anyone here thus far dislikes that, you may leave. If anyone here believes I am being unfair, I don't care. If anyone thinks I'm abusing rules, fucking realize that they're my rules to abuse. And, last, but certainly not least, shut the fuck up.
