OOC, of course. The sheer amount of posts should probably draw people, and they'll want to find out. I'm quite sure that many are turned away by the fact that there is literally nothing of any importance in the first post of the OOC xD 
Also, the PG-13 and homosexuality should go in the rules and guidelines. So do you like that sentence?
