Kaiya munched on her long-awaited reward that came in the form of a chocolate lollipop as she joined her sister in staring at the man, waiting for him to make a move while analyzing him. She shifted her weight, easing herself so that she would be able to either dodge or draw her baton in case he tried to do anything. She takes in his appearance, especially the large mark that slid over his eye like a lightning bolt and the lightning sparks that lit his cigarette. [i]Lightning...?[/i]
