Galmin Racial Bonus is +1 Endurance, ya.

So just subtract 1 Endurance and everyone would have 25.

And yes, the XP bonus you get from your Aptitude and Flaws, you spend on Traits (Acrobatics, Weapon Proficiency, Riding, etc.) and Talents (OP Nobility, Dark Contract, DESTINY, etc.).
