I have no Noble strategy. None of us really do. Closest thing I know is that Vex and the Stein guy have been cooperating on building an anti-Noble weapon of sorts, developed by a now-believed-gone Black Paper Moon.
Vex: I'm the only one who can hear. And it's done nothing but save people, which was the whole reason the operation exists.
