Kuro shifts around so Aoba is in front of him and murmurs “Stay facing forward so no one bumps your wings, alright?” His gaze darts around the room as various sets of eyes fall on the pair of them. Some are curious, some, disapproving, but all seem to have some judgment or another behind their eyes that makes Kuro roll his eyes. 'Humans are like any other species, so judgmental, thinking they know what's what from their little tidbits of information and what they see for themselves. It would be funny if it weren't so sad. I mean, I bet most of the town already thinks he and I are lovers despite the fact that neither of us have said as such, but that won't stop all those teens from flocking in and trying to score with one of us or the other' He snorts softly, setting the basket up on the conveyer belt so the check out girl can begin scanning their purchase. The bagger looks up, smiling at Aoba before looking to Kuro and asking, “Paper or plastic?” His gaze immediately goes back to Aoba and the demon has to fight not to growl. “Plastic, double bagged if you would sir.” His voice is honey sweet and at the sound of it the young man turns his attention on to Kuro and seems to look a little mystified as he begins doing as asked. 'I can at least keep him from ogling. . .' Kuro hums softly, paying for their purchase before making his way out back into the warm air of the outside world, the angel along side him. He lets out a long sigh and growls softly. 'My Little Mouse' Smiling down at the brunet he tilts his head to the side. “So, do you want to walk back, or fly?” He asks softly as to not be overheard.
